Walk Through Information and Forms

Walk through days are for students already enrolled in our district.  Please bring the following items with you:
 
-Signed acknowledgment form (All grades)
-Complete Data Confirmation Page from Parent Portal (All grades)
-Health assessment form (6th grade only)
-proof of required immunizations (students missing immunizations will have it highlighted in red on parent portal)

Please Note: We will require a signed Device Use Agreement in person upon check out during the final station  of picking up student schedules and books. The agreement is available for review in the attached PDF below.
